Delete Your Account

You can delete your Sequence Slayer account and all associated data directly from the app:

1. Open Sequence Slayer on your device
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (email, username, provider ID)
• Installation credentials, provider links, and account-linked first-run checkpoints
• All game progress, XP, and statistics
• Leaderboard entries and match history
• Feedback and suggestions you submitted through the app that are linked to your account
• All associated data on our servers

Previously sent studio notices contain only daily counts by feedback category, not your messages or account identifiers; these aggregate notices cannot be withdrawn after account deletion.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. This action cannot be undone. Records of processed in-app purchases may be retained where necessary for refund handling and fraud prevention.

If you cannot access the app, contact info@pbfungaming.cz to request account deletion. Include your non-secret support account ID if you have it. We need to verify ownership before deleting an account; a public display name or support account ID alone is not sufficient. If an unlinked automatic account's sign-in secret was lost after uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or losing the device, we may be unable to verify ownership or restore access. Unlinked automatic accounts become eligible for automatic deletion after 180 days of inactivity only if they have no recorded purchases or entitlements and are not bots. Linked accounts and accounts with purchases or entitlements are excluded from this automatic cleanup.
