Sequence Slayer — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sequence Slayer mobile application ("the Game") operated by PB Fun Gaming ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own, for your private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Game except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account — or older where your country sets a higher minimum age for digital services (for example 15 in the Czech Republic).
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your display name and avatar are visible to other players; choose them appropriately (see section 5).
• You can delete your account at any time in the app — see account deletion.

3. Virtual Currency & Purchases

• The Game contains a virtual currency ("Runestones") and virtual items (cosmetics). Runestones and virtual items have no monetary value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable between accounts or players.
• Runestones can be earned through play or bought as in-app purchases processed by Google Play. All purchases are final, subject to Google Play's refund policies and your statutory rights.
• Virtual items and currency are tied to your account and are lost permanently when the account is deleted.
• We may adjust game balance, prices, earn rates, and the catalog of virtual items. We will not remove already-purchased cosmetics from your account except as part of enforcement under these Terms.

4. Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, use automation/bots, tamper with network traffic, manipulate leaderboards or matchmaking, or abuse multiple accounts. Game results are validated server-side; we may correct scores, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate fair play.

5. User Content (Custom Avatars)

• If you upload a custom avatar image, you confirm you have the rights to it and grant us a license to store, moderate, and display it within the Game (e.g. on leaderboards and to opponents).
• Prohibited content includes: illegal content, sexual or graphically violent imagery, hateful or harassing content, content that infringes others' rights, and images of other people without their permission.
• Uploads are screened by automated moderation and may be reviewed by a human. We may reject or remove any image and may suspend the upload feature or the account for violations, without refund of the consumed upload credit.

6. Advertising

The Game shows third-party ads served by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos. In the EEA/UK, ads are only requested after you make a consent choice; you can change it under Settings → Ad Privacy Options. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

Online features (accounts, leaderboards, multiplayer, purchases, sync) depend on our servers and third-party services and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the Game. Where reasonable, we will warn you first; serious violations (cheating, prohibited content, fraud) may lead to immediate termination.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

11. Consumer Disputes (EU / Czech Republic)

In-app purchases are sold through Google Play under Google's own terms and refund policies. If you are a consumer in the Czech Republic, you may refer an out-of-court consumer dispute with us to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, coi.cz). EU consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page with an updated date; continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
